At German Auto Supply we understand speed and reliability is important.
We try to make sure all items are shipped the same business day ordered (orders received by 12:00 pm EST) or the next business day.
Expedited orders processed and shipped on Friday's are delivered next business day, Monday's.
We are happy to offer FREE shipping to the USA for orders over $49.00
We will try to offer our lowest rates for all shipments under $49.00.
Shipping will be sent via the best method chosen by German Auto Supply (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc...).
If you experience any shipping issues (damage, lost packages, etc..) please photograph and note any damage to help us provide the fastest remedy to help you.
Please note - We cannot control the shipping companies once we hand off your package to them. We will however always help in any way we can should issues arise.
International Orders
Please contact us if you are an international customer who needs shipping outside the USA.
We will gladly help and see if we are able to help with completeing your order. Please note all items are not eligble to be shipped outside the USA.
Please take into account any VAT, duties, fees, or customs charges that your country may issue. We are not responsible for those and have no additional knowledge of the amounts imposed by your particular country.
Additionally please keep in mind that we cannot control customs clearance times or delays.
