| Question : What is the Warranty Policy?

Answer : At German Auto Supply we are happy to extend a one year, one time warranty for all items we sell.*
For warranty consideration all items must be:
- The same exact item that was sent out
- Unmodified (core not removed, deconstruction of part, etc..)
- With the original packaging
Please contact us to set up a warranty claim. Our goal is to help get you taken care of.
*NOTE: Scheduled maintenance items such as wiper blades, fuel filters, air filters, fluids, etc. are not eligible for warranty. |
